Service Description

Our pharmacy offers free NHS support for people who have recently started a new medicine for certain long-term conditions. Through a series of follow-up consultations, our pharmacist can help you understand your medication, manage any concerns or side effects, and support you to get the best from your treatment. The service is confidential and may be provided in person or over the phone.
